We will send you an email as soon as the goods are ready for collection.

The goods can always be collected on Thursdays between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Please bring your order confirmation with you for collection.

Must the goods always be collected on the following Thursday?

Yes, the goods must be collected on the nearest Thursday.
We only offer collection on Thursdays. As soon as you have received an email stating that your goods are ready for collection, they must be picked up.

What happens if the goods are not collected?

If the goods are not collected, they will remain in our warehouse for two days. After that, you can request a refund of the money.

Important: The refund is not processed automatically but must be requested.
